Firehouse Subs in Phoenix is seeking Team Members to join our fast-casual kitchen and service team. You’ll greet guests, assemble sandwiches, maintain a clean dining area, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic guest experience.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), growth opportunities, and tips that reflect your effort. No prior food service experience is required, but a positive attitude helps you shine.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).
• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
