Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service on a flexible schedule. You will engage customers, build relationships, and use product knowledge to drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable with digital tools and a POS system.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
