Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers design and purchase home furnishings with friendly, expert guidance.

You’ll work in a team-focused environment, delivering outstanding service while managing responsibilities on the showroom floor and using CRM tools to track leads and follow-up. Compensation includes hourly base with uncapped commissions and first-year earnings in the mid five-figures.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
