Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers select furniture and decor while delivering exceptional service in a high-energy retail setting. You’ll work with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a welcoming guest experience in a large showroom.

Ideal candidates are friendly, sales-oriented, and able to communicate effectively; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We offer hourly pay with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
