Bob’s Discount Furniture is looking for a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

Ideal candidates show energy, strong communication, and comfort with technology and POS systems. Flexible retail availability, including evenings and weekends, is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
