Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, displays, and upkeep to support store goals.

Roles include greeting guests, answering questions, locating merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies while delivering legendary service with a positive team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals.
• Process checkout and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
