Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Provide personalized service through needs analyses and recommendations.
• Offer customers promotional products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when required.
• Build and maintain good relationships with fellow associates.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer transactions on the POS accurately and efficiently.
• Process receiving, cycle counts, returns and transfers with handheld devices.
• Complete required process controls and paperwork.
• Follow policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Comply with cash handling and loss prevention SOPs.
