Sarris Candies, Inc. invites energetic individuals to join our new Factory Store team as Guest Services & Sales Ambassadors.

In this part-time role, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, assist shoppers, and support tours and events in a bustling, tour-focused environment at our Pittsburgh-area facility. You’ll engage guests, answer product questions, and process sales while maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, tourism, or event experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident in guest engagement
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and busy seasonal periods
• Cash-handling and point of sales system required

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through friendly, enthusiastic interactions
• Welcome guests and assist with creating a fun, engaging atmosphere
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Support tours, events, and seasonal programs
• Maintain polished, energetic, guest-focused presence
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and store presentation
• Support opening and closing procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful events and store operations
