Job summary

TJ Maxx at USA TJ Maxx Store 1619 Paintsville KY is seeking a customer-focused associate to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers, process purchases, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment
• Follow operating procedures for ringing purchases and returns, and manage change accurately
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Assist in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
