Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate a POS system.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record all transactions accurately in the Point-of-Sale system.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and other transactions.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the shop to attract customers.
• Unpack, stock, and price merchandise in the shop as needed.
• Assist in stocking and recording stock for vending machines.
• Greet guests at the entrance to the shop to encourage entry when not otherwise occupied.
• Follow all shop policies and confidentiality requirements.
