Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Server in Tampa, FL. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, delivering memorable guest experiences and beverage service with in-depth menu knowledge.

Responsibilities include timely service, accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean workstation, while upholding hospitality standards and safety protocols. Previous hotel/restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest interactions and teamwork.
• Minimum 1 year of waiter/server experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• TiPS alcohol service certification and SafeStaff certificate, or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company principles of People, Place and Character in daily service.
• Deliver timely and friendly food and beverage service with menu knowledge.
• Serve alcohol safely, responsibly and legally; manage monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and respond quickly to guest needs.
• Use knowledge of the menu to create memorable dining experiences.
