Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead Flor Fina Restaurant, Cafe, Bar, and related F&B services in Tampa. Report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage all daily restaurant, banquet and pool service operations.

The role requires flexible availability including days, nights and weekends to deliver world‑class hospitality. Ideal candidates bring at least five years of leadership in F&B, strong guest service, and proficiency with reservations and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a leadership role in Food & Beverage.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Experience with reservations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banquets, Restaurant, Café, Bar, In-Room Dining and Pool F&B operations.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, coach and motivate F&B associates.
• Ensure dining room setup and adherence to F&B standards.
• Manage inventory, reduce breakage and oversee cleanliness of spaces.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments for seamless service.
• Maintain guest and VIP relationships and communicate needs to staff.
