Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food cost control, and P&L accountability.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.
• Inspire a hospitality-first environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
• Drive team engagement through consistent coaching, recognition, accountability, and professional development.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and operating costs to achieve financial goals.
• Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality.
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of new menu launches, promotions, and special events.
• Support local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and guest loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards.
• Foster a culture centered on teamwork, ownership, positivity, and continuous learning.
