Job summary

Wildside 4x4 Tours seeks a friendly reservations specialist to be the first point of contact for guests interested in riding with us. You’ll be the face and heart of the storefront, greeting guests and guiding them through bookings with efficient, detail-oriented multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

In-person, 30–45 hours per week, with part-time or full-time schedules. You should have strong computer and phone skills, be dependable, people-oriented, flexible, and able to stay organized

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Strong computer and phone skills and good organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in riding with us.
• Be the face and heart of the storefront, creating a welcoming impression.
• Handle reservations and storefront operations with attention to detail.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the storefront and workflow.
