Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for part-time work (25 hours or less per week). The role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience and handling daily store operations, including shakes, cashier duties, stock rotation and safety.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 21 pounds, and tolerating low/high temperatures during shifts. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change.
• Ability to count, add, and perform arithmetic for records.
• Ability to greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience from Invited to Fulfilled.
• Assist guests with shakes, sundaes, and dip items with care.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and keep displays presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow cash drop procedures.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
