Job summary

SpringHill Suites Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and ensure a memorable stay. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility to work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm with weekday and weekend availability.

You will use hotel systems, promote loyalty programs, handle inquiries, and coordinate with team to deliver a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience working as a hotel front desk agent required.
• Competent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using hotel reservation system such as Lightspeed, FOSSE or PEP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at check-in with a smile and warm welcome, and complete the registration process.
• Greet guests at check-out with a smile and warm greeting and complete the check-out process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information and answer guest questions.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and loyalty programs.
• Follow phone etiquette and assist guests promptly.
