Target is looking for a Small Format Team Member to deliver a welcoming, fast-paced guest experience while stocking shelves, assisting with drive-up and order pickup, and keeping displays accurate. You’ll greet guests, answer questions and collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals.

The role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 44 pounds, operate scanners, and follow safety policies to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, Inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with truck unload and stock product to the sales floor.
• Maintain stock, displays and price accuracy across departments.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up.
• Follow safety policies and compliance in daily operations.
