Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to help keep our stores clean, stocked, and guest-focused. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with flexible part-time or full-time options and opportunities for growth.

You’ll greet guests, ring up purchases, restock, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering friendly, efficient service. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• 1-2 years in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience at the register and at self-checkout.
• Restock shelves and keep store clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management and price changes.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve guest concerns.
