Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, respond promptly and courteously to management directions, and be flexible across store areas.
• Prepares, handles, and serves food in accordance with safety and quality standards, maintaining a clean food service area.
• Willing and able to clean all areas of the store and follow established cleaning procedures.
• Ensure safety protocols when handling chemicals.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing transactions and providing excellent guest service.
• Respond to guest concerns with respect and escalate when needed.
• Meet guest transaction expectations by managing line lengths and providing prompt communication.
