Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests, assist with order pick up, drive up, and online ordering, delivering an easy, inspiring, and friendly shopping experience.

You will greet guests, resolve issues, promote loyalty programs, and work with the team in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Training will build product knowledge and guest service skills to support exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels and initiate helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers with a positive attitude.
• Promote Target benefits and services to guests and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately and in compliance with safety standards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
