Job summary

BK FRANCHISE HOLDINGS LLC is seeking Front of House Staff to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced Fort Lee café. You will take orders, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, food presentation, cleanliness, upselling, and adherence to brand standards. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with benefits and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Familiarity with basic coffee and beverage preparation.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Familiarity with food and beverage operations in a café or bakery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience for every guest.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate accounting of sales.
• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with food presentation and packaging, ensuring it meets quality standards.
• Keep the front-of-house area, including the counter, tables, and floor, clean and organized.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and sanitized in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables and assist with restocking and inventory organization as needed.
• Offer suggestions and promote signature menu items or seasonal promotions to enhance the customer experience.
