Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Reno, NV seeks Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department. You will operate POS, assist guests, and maintain arcade area. Must enjoy a lively, people-oriented environment and be available weekends and late nights until 2am.

Prior hospitality or retail experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Expect a fun, fast-paced workplace in Meadowood Mall with opportunities to learn multi-faceted guest service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail preferred.
• Weekend and closing shift availability required (store closes at 2am).

Responsibilities

• Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
• Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
• Keep game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.
