SeoulSpice in Washington, DC is seeking a Team Member to bring Korea’s delicious food, warm hospitality, and vibrant culture to every guest. You may welcome guests, prepare ingredients, build bowls, fulfill digital orders, operate the register, or keep the restaurant ready for service.

No restaurant experience is required; we value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Hands-on training and opportunities to advance to Shift Leader or General Manager are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, help them navigate the menu, and create a positive experience.
• Prepare ingredients and build fresh, flavorful meals according to SeoulSpice recipes and standards.
• Complete in-person and digital orders quickly, accurately, and with consistent portions and presentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with food-safety procedures.
• Learn multiple stations, communicate with your teammates, and step in wherever support is needed.
