SeoulSpice in Chicago is seeking a Team Member to bring Korea’s delicious food and warm hospitality to every guest. Depending on needs, you may welcome guests, prepare ingredients, build bowls, fulfill digital orders, operate the register, or keep the restaurant ready for service.

You don’t need restaurant experience to succeed here. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, dependability, and a willingness to learn. The role includes hands-on training and room to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience required; we welcome early learners.
• Availability based on restaurant needs, including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, help them navigate the menu, and create a positive experience.
• Prepare ingredients and build fresh, flavorful meals according to SeoulSpice recipes and standards.
• Complete in-person and digital orders quickly, accurately, and with consistent portions and presentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with food-safety procedures.
• Learn multiple stations, communicate with teammates, and step in wherever support is needed.
