Job summary

Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, NY is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Player to welcome guests, answer questions, and help ensure smooth visits from arrival to departure.

The role starts in early December 2026. Applicants must be at least 16 and available on weekends. You’ll work outdoors, assist with parking, tickets, equipment rentals, and safe lift operations.

As a Guest Experience Player at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, you’ll help welcome guests, answer questions, and keep their visit running smoothly from arrival to departure. THIS SEASONAL POSITION WILL BEGIN IN EARLY DECEMBER 2026
Applicants MUST be at least 16 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, help them navigate the resort, and make each experience memorable.
• Support guests with parking, season pass and ticket questions, equipment rentals, and other needs.
• Monitor lift lines to keep guests moving smoothly, share safety information, and assist guests as they board and exit lifts.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the resort.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to questions, concerns, and issues to help everyone enjoy their visit.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and assist with tasks that support the resort team.

• Customer Service-Oriented: You’re committed to providing exceptional service. Previous experience in customer service or teaching is a plus.
• Flexible & Adaptable: You’re comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have availability on weekends and holidays.

Location: Greek Peak Mountain Resort, Cortland, NY
Schedule: This seasonal position runs from early December through the winter season, with scheduling based on resort needs and peak business periods.

• Runs Monday through Friday, with two morning and two evening trips daily
