Join us to make legends happen!THE ROLEThe Parking Attendant plays a critical role in creating both the first and last impression for guests visiting the Arena. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and organized flow of vehicles during entry and exit from the arena’s parking areas. The Parking attendants oversee traffic movement to support a smooth ingress and egress, helping to minimize congestion and maintain a positive guest experience.ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Provide customer service to guests as they enter parking locations· Assist guests with directions to other locations or the quickest entry points into the facility· Ensure all vehicles are properly parked by vehicle permit· Provide set up and break down of signage and traffic management equipment around assigned parking locations in compliance with the traffic management program· Operate gate controlling arm.· Ensure traffic does not back up during ingress and egress· Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
