The Post Oak in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume operation and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will apply extensive front-of-house knowledge and strong financial acumen to optimize costs, schedules, and team performance while maintaining compliance with health, liquor regulations. A proven, stable work history and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops staff to achieve guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Manages cost control and labor scheduling through effective leadership.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations and conducts routine inspections.
• Maintains accurate records such as daily sales summaries, petty cash, and payroll documents.
