Job summary

Rocket Carwash in Pensacola is seeking an Assistant Manager to step into a frontline leadership role in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You will lead guest experience, coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and maintenance of carwash facilities. The role requires 1–2 years supervisory experience, weekend availability, and strong communication; competitive benefits include medical plans, retirement match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Available to work 40–50 hours per week, including weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with labor management and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and ensure consistent service across shifts.
• Support the General Manager in building guest relationships and memorable experiences.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Oversee site operations, safety, and daily checklists.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Rally the team to perform at their best and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
