Job summary

Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking a Guest Services manager assigned to Sakakawea Inn at Minot AFB, ND. This FLEX position offers an intermittent schedule with variable hours, and access to fitness, golf, bowling, clubs, and pool facilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality guest experiences, resolving issues, budgeting with the Lodging Manager, and performing front desk duties when necessary. Applications close 2026-11-04.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality management.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage front desk operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or education substitution eligibility (per federal policy).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest service and meaningful experiences.
• Resolve sensitive guest situations via phone, email, or in-person.
• Coordinate with Lodging Manager on budgets and staff development.
• Perform front desk duties when needed and supervise team.
