Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for Mill Springs Lodge in Pigeon Forge, TN. You will maintain guestrooms and public spaces, perform basic repairs, and support guest satisfaction while upholding high property standards.

You will work with a team to address maintenance requests, conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, and keep accurate logs. Excellent health benefits and employee programs are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• English communication skills to interact with guests.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet; lift and carry weights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guestrooms and public spaces to high standards.
• Troubleshoot basic appliances and HVAC controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and cosmetic components as needed.
• Assist guests with maintenance requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance work.
