Job summary

Omni Hotels in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a diligent Public Areas Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, banquet spaces, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni standards.

You will service lobby areas continuously, assist guests, help with floral displays, and keep entrances neat. The role requires standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and working weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a 4-diamond level of service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service lobby, public restrooms, banquet spaces, and offices to Omni Standards.
• Service elevators, stairs, and associated public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest entrances and floral/plants areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with information and directions as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and protect guest and employee areas.
