Eagle Brook Church in Ham Lake, MN seeks a Guest Experience Associate to recruit and develop volunteers, prepare weekend environments, and participate in pastoral development toward licensure. The role blends ministry leadership with hands-on guest experience operations.

Primary duties include on-boarding volunteers, training directors and team leads, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for attendees. This full-time position offers weekend scheduling and potential remote work one day per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of ministry experience.
• 1 year of experience as a volunteer in a ministry setting.
• Strong evidence of a Christ-centered life.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, onboards and develops core volunteers for Guest Experience.
• Leads and develops volunteer leaders by scheduling and facilitating training.
• Serves as a spiritual influencer and encourager to volunteers.
• Ensures environments are ready for the weekend.
• Executes centrally designed ministry strategies.
• Participates in pastoral development training for the purpose of becoming a licensed pastor at Eagle Brook Church.
• Orders supplies and maintains inventory for Guest Experience environment.
