Job summary

Eagle Brook Church in Maplewood, MN seeks a Campus Ministry Coordinator to equip campus teams with administrative and weekend ministry support. You will maintain the Rock system, audit data, and train volunteers to ensure ministry goals are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating background checks, supporting Kids and Guest Experience ministries, and ensuring campus environments are prepared with supplies and curriculum. Weekend coverage and event planning also form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s nine core beliefs.
• High school diploma.
• 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Equips campus teams by providing administrative and weekend ministry support.
• Maintains Rock database integrity and serves as campus expert.
• Recruits, develops and oversees administrative volunteers.
• Supports Kids and Guest Experience ministry during weekend services.
• Ensures weekend environments are ready with curriculum, supplies and inventory management.
• Other duties as assigned and support for ministry staff.
