Job summary

Sight- in Branson, MO is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to deliver top-tier service across concessions, retail, almond stations, theater carts and usher duties.

Join our team to work with Leads on customer focus, support displays and stocking, and assist in multiple guest-service areas. POS familiarity and cash handling experience are a plus; a High School diploma or better is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash-flow, cash handling, reconciliation, and counting.
• Ability to anticipate the needs of guests/fellow team members and take initiative to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide the highest level of customer service to external and internal guests.
• Foster a positive work environment among team members through encouragement, mentoring, and training.
• Have a strong understanding of the POS system and retail/concession procedures, to assist fellow employees as needed.
• Work closely with Leads to encourage team focus on excellent customer service and efficiency while meeting sales goals.
• Assist in any area of guest service as assigned, including Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts and Usher. Assist with displays, stocking, and procedural development as needed.
• Support Visual Merchandiser with displays, stocking, and procedural development.
• Equipped to fill in in Retail Lead's absence, and competently perform within all areas of Guest Services.
