lululemon Athletica in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and in-depth product education. You will connect with guests, understand needs, and provide targeted solutions while promoting our store’s culture and community.

The Educator will move through the sales floor to engage guests, present products with confidence, and support omnichannel options, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service by engaging and educating guests about products.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Articulate product education and benefits to guests.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to act on it.
