Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pick up in store, phone sales)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to act on it
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed
• Use in-store technology to support store operations
• Maintain a clean, luxurious store environment
