Job summary

BlueWave | ClearWater: Leadership is seeking a strong people leader to manage our centralized Guest Experience team and deliver a high-quality guest experience for guests across our car wash locations. This role oversees inbound guest calls, emails, and online inquiries, working with Operations to resolve issues that affect guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will develop people, establish accountability, use data to identify opportunities, and continuously improve how we support our guests

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, guest experience, call center, hospitality, retail, or another service-based environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Guest Experience team.
• Oversee inbound guest calls, emails, and online inquiries to ensure timely, professional responses.
• Identify recurring guest concerns and communicate trends to leadership.
• Develop processes and service standards to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
