Job summary

Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point Sports Center is seeking a Field Marshal Team member to support operation of events across baseball, softball, soccer and lacrosse venues. You will deliver outstanding guest service, assist coaches and umpires, enforce park rules, and help maintain safety and order throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include directing guests, verifying field assignments, supporting opening/closing procedures, scoring, and providing help during emergencies or special events

Qualifications

• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
• Stand for long periods and walk long distances.
• May lift up to 30 lbs.
• Fast-paced, crowded outdoor park environment.
• Exposure to extreme hot/cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Direct guests to fields and explain park layout.
• Be aware of events to ensure high guest experience.
• Enforce park guidelines and code of conduct policies.
• Introduce yourself to coaches and umpires on arrival.
