Job summary

SEA LIFE Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Guest Experience Lead for our Snorkel Program. You will welcome guests, demonstrate snorkel gear, lead snorkel experiences, and help keep the program running on schedule while ensuring safety and guest enjoyment.

You should have current Open Water Dive or Lifeguard certification, strong communication, public speaking is a plus, team player, and flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead snorkel experiences from start to finish.
• Welcome guests and demonstrate snorkel equipment.
• Keep the program on schedule while monitoring safety.
• Deliver educational talks and tours about Rainbow Reef.
• Collaborate across touch pools and other guest areas.
• Address guest questions with professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of exhibits and program content.
• Uphold health, safety, and guest service standards.

Guest Experience Lead Snorkel Program - SEA LIFE Minnesota

Ready to make a splash? Join the team atSEA LIFE Minnesota as a Part-Time Guest Experience Lead for our Snorkel Program and help create safe, memorable, and truly unforgettable underwater experiences for our guests!

What You’ll Do

• Lead engaging, safe, and memorable snorkel experiences from start to finish.
• Welcome guests, build their confidence, and demonstrate the proper use of snorkel equipment.
• Keep the Snorkel Program running smoothly and on schedule while monitoring guest safety and experience both in and out of the water.
• Share fun, accurate, and engaging information about Rainbow Reef, its animals, and their natural history.
• Deliver educational talks, Behind-the-Scenes tours, and aquarium interpretation that bring the exhibits and animals to life.
• Work collaboratively across touch pools and other guest-facing areas to create a seamless experience.
• Address guest questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain strong knowledge of aquarium exhibits, species, and program content so you can encourage curiosity and further learning.
• Help maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and guest service.

What You’ll Bring

• Current Open Water Dive or Lifeguard Certification.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay Range

USD $19.00/Hr.
