Job summary

Seacoast 2 Summit Vacation Rentals is seeking a Guest Experience Team Lead to mentor a growing GX team while staying hands-on with guest communications. You will own guest interaction quality, manage team schedules, and lead the adoption of GX tools such as Hostbuddy and Guesty to keep operations smooth.

The role requires calm leadership, 3–5 years in hospitality guest messaging and coaching, strong English, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience answering guest messages in hospitality or short-term rentals.
• 3-5 years managing and coaching teammates by example and honest feedback.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to write in a warm, clear, professional way.
• Stays calm and patient when a guest is upset.
• Comfortable learning simple new software (like Guesty).

Responsibilities

• Answer guest messages quickly and warmly across every property.
• Handle complaints, refunds, or safety concerns to resolution.
• Coach team, provide feedback, and oversee onboarding and hiring of GX Team.
• Build schedules and ensure coverage for check-ins and check-outs.
• Lead weekly GX KPI calls and report to the GM.
• Keep guest notes and scripts updated in the PMS (Guesty).
