Job summary

Brooklyn Water Enterprises is seeking a Guest Specialist/Cashier in Florida to deliver friendly guest service, handle sales, and maintain clean service areas. The role includes operating the cash register, managing beverage stations, merchandising, and following company policies.

Hours may include weekends/holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred; physical requirements include standing and lifting up to 25 pounds. This is a full-time position supporting the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service and cleanliness of service areas.
• Operate POS and cash register with accuracy.
• Assist with beverage area and housekeeping tasks.
• Support FOH team and cashiers during peak hours.
• Close duties in front of house and manage side work.
