Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to elevate guest room cleanliness and service quality. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily room inspections, release rooms, and assist guests while coordinating with Housekeeping Management.

You will coach a team to uphold luxury standards, participate in safety and QA programs, and maintain a culture of professionalism and exceptional guest experiences across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect the quality of room cleanliness for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
• Release rooms in your section daily and perform standard tests.
• Assist guests with requests and work closely with Housekeeping Management.
• Coach, mentor and motivate the Housekeeping Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and participate in quality assurance programs.
