Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous management and customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Able to stand, walk and assist guests for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during each scheduled shift.
• Mentor and develop team members across shifts.
• Provide exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, daily deposits, and tips.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety across cafe and gaming areas.
• Schedule interviews and write bi-weekly staff rosters; adjust shifts as needed.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of food, liquor, and supplies.
