Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Leader for our Coburg, Oregon restaurant. This part-time role runs between 8am and 8pm, focusing on creating welcome moments for guests and guiding them through the ordering process.

You will greet guests, assist with kiosks, support customers who need help, and ensure a positive dining experience for families and individuals alike. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and assist with ordering.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team.
• Must be 16 years or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to those who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback.
• Communicate with restaurant team to share feedback and recommendations.
