Job summary

Tazikis Memphis LLC in Memphis is seeking a dynamic Front of House Employee to help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a positive guest experience. You will be the first and last friendly face guests see, guiding them through menus and assisting with questions.

In this role you will take orders, process payments with the POS, deliver meals promptly, and keep dining areas spotless while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to interact with customers and teammates.
• Ability to handle orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Willing to obtain food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take orders, process payments via POS, ensure correct receipts.
• Deliver food and beverages timely and check orders.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and safety standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically.
