Job summary

Tazikis Memphis LLC is seeking a dynamic Front of House Employee to create a welcoming atmosphere, greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced setting.

You will ensure order accuracy, deliver food and beverages promptly, resolve guest questions, and uphold health and safety standards. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality or retail.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle orders accurately under pressure.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, and explain food/bev options.
• Take orders, process payments with POS, ensure correct receipts.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and verify orders.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and health/safety standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically.
• Assist team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
