The role involves coordinating with the Sr. Guest Services Manager, guiding the front-end operations, and ensuring smooth daily tasks while delivering the Coborn’s guest experience the company is known for.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team while maintaining guest service standards.
• Oversee self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
