Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across cashier, checkout, and customer interactions. You’ll supervise, train and coach front-end staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming shopping experience.

You will oversee activities such as cashier operations, click & collect, parcel pickup, cart management and parking lot areas, driving excellence in daily front-end performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the front-end team (cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk).
• Oversee front-end operations including cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect and parking lot areas.
• Train, coach and develop front-end staff to maintain high guest service standards.
• Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
