The Springhill/TownePlace Suites Columbus Easton, professionally managed by Concord Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with people.
• Natural leadership mindset and ability to motivate a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, smooth, and memorable guest experience.
• Lead by example and support the front desk team during daily operations.
• Check guests in and out quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude.
• Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and make recommendations.
• Manage reservations, room blocks, and special requests.
• Answer phone calls and communicate with professionalism and confidence.
• Stay informed on hotel amenities, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Help monitor room availability and support hotel revenue strategies.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area organized, clean, and guest-ready.
• Be prepared to support emergency and safety procedures when needed.
