Job summary

FirstService Residential in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the service staff and ensure premier member experiences during operating hours. You will manage dining areas, train staff, coordinate with kitchen, supervise events, and control costs while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree, and/or equivalent F&B or Hospitality experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• 5 years F&B experience.
• 5 years supervisor/managerial experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of ABC laws and requirements.
• Flexible schedule capability.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead service staff across all F&B areas and events.
• Oversee dining rooms, setup, and table settings.
• Hire, train, and appraise staff performance.
• Create weekly staff schedules and communicate changes.
• Coordinate with reservations and events with kitchen staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and monitor service standards.
• Manage costs, labor, and safety compliance.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Open/close dining areas and supervise after-hours operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty during evening shifts.
